What the Role is?
You will spend a lot of time with the residents , get to know what they enjoy , how to interact with them personally. We have residents with Dementia who need that interaction , stimulation and distraction to help them feel reassured.
You will spend time creating meaningful activities and spontaneous moments that creates smiles and laughter all throughout the day.
Also coming together with the care team and supporting with meal times.

This is a full time role for 36 hours per week. Shift patterns can be discussed upon interview.
Pay: £13.35 per hour
