We are a PCO hire company, we rent cars to Private hire drivers for UIber etc.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating our product offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through research and networking, utilising Salesforce for lead management.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to engage prospective customers and promote our products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets regularly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous for engaging with a broader client base.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
