Pavewood Landscape & Design is a growing landscaping company based in Oxfordshire, specialising in high-quality garden transformations. We take pride in our workmanship, professionalism and the reputation we've built with our customers.
As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced landscaper who wants to be part of something long-term—not just another job.
The Role
You'll be working on a wide range of landscaping projects including:
- Porcelain and natural stone patios
- Driveways and pathways
- Sleeper retaining walls and raised beds
- Fencing, turfing and planting
- Groundworks and drainage
- Complete garden transformations
Initially you'll work alongside me, but my goal is to find someone who can grow into a position of running projects confidently while maintaining the high standards Pavewood is known for.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence with a clean licence.
- Previous landscaping experience.
- Reliable, honest and punctual.
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Pride in producing quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Desirable:
- Experience leading a small team.
- Ability to read plans and set out projects.
- Machine operating experience.
- Own tools (helpful but not essential).
