Duties
- Host engaging live auction sessions on TikTok, presenting products with enthusiasm and clarity to attract viewers and encourage participation
- Interact actively with viewers through comments and live chat, answering questions promptly and maintaining high energy throughout the broadcast
- Coordinate with the sales team to highlight featured items, special deals, and promotional offers during live sessions
- Manage the flow of the auction by calling out bids, confirming winners, and ensuring a smooth and exciting experience for all participants
- Prepare for each session by reviewing product details, scripts, and promotional materials to deliver confident and compelling presentations
- Monitor live engagement metrics to optimize future broadcasts and increase viewer retention
- Maintain professionalism at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and community standards
Skills
- Excellent public relations skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences in real-time
- Strong social media management experience, especially on TikTok or similar platforms, with an understanding of live streaming best practices
