Responsibilities and Duties
As a baker you will be expected to be expert at all areas of producing our products and to be willingly engaged in learning new skills and improving our products. Beyond producing our products, you will also be responsible for keeping the bakery clean and tidy.
Products and Production:
- Scheduling doughs
- Mixing and folding doughs
- Scaling / Pre-shaping / Shaping loaves & pastries
- Laminating pastry dough
- Creating pastry fillings
- Starters
- Baking
- Packing orders
- Cleaning
- Product quality control
- Inputting on product development
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
