Vehicle Valeter – Fix Auto Yeovil
£13 per hour | Full Time | Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
Fix Auto Yeovil is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Valeter to join our busy accident repair centre team. Fix Auto is a leading independent accident repair network, trusted by insurers, manufacturers and drivers across the UK. You will play an important role in ensuring every vehicle leaving our site is presented to the highest standard.
What you'll be doing:
· Cleaning and valeting customer and courtesy vehicles to a high standard, inside and out
· De-nibbing and polishing vehicles following paint or re-fit work as part of the repair process
· Machine and hand polishing vehicles as required
· Assisting with vehicle movement and general workshop logistics
· Supporting the wider team with general operative duties as required
· Reporting any issues to the Workshop Controller
· Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
What we're looking for:
· A keen eye for detail and a pride in delivering high-quality work
· Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
· A positive, can-do attitude
· Full driving licence
Desirable:
· Previous valeting or vehicle preparation / finishing experience
· Experience in a bodyshop or motor industry environment
