The Role
We’re looking for talented individuals to join our team and play a key role in shaping global pricing & market access strategies.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery – on all projects
You will support the development of pricing & market access strategies to facilitate the introduction of new medicines, through:
Conducting secondary research on global pricing and reimbursement systems, as well as market access policies.
Engaging in qualitative and quantitative primary stakeholder research to inform and refine pricing & market access strategies.
Assessing and interpreting payer perspectives to guide strategic decisions.
Effectively communicating research findings through clear, compelling materials.
Project Management – on some (Associate Consultant) or all (Consultant) projects
You will provide project guidance to the team, bringing experience delivering and (Consultant only) managing projects.
You will have a solution-orientated approach and look to add client value wherever possible.
You will support the team executing top quality consultancy projects by:
Sharing your understanding of stated and unstated client needs.
Supporting, coaching and mentoring your project teams to deliver best practice in strategic thinking.
Working with the project lead to manage the research and delivery teams as well as client needs in a structured way.
You will need to have a good idea of the different projects, opportunities to explore and challenges being faced by our clients.
You will invest time mentoring and managing project team members.
Business Development
You will use your position in project delivery and industry knowledge to seek new opportunities to bring value to our clients.
The high quality and solution-oriented outputs of your projects will create repeat business opportunities.
You will support proposal development, working with senior team on all sections of a proposal.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for people who have a proactive, solution-oriented approach, are great at managing their time and strong communicators.
Essential:
Experience: 2 (Associate Consultant) to 4 (Consultant) of experience in a global strategic market access consultancy, with experience delivering and (Consultant only) managing market access projects, across a range of methodologies, with responsibilities as outlined above. Experience to include:
Delivering international primary research with payers
A breadth of project types, e.g. working on strategic global pricing projects; using analogues and secondary data (e.g. clinical guidelines, HTA outcomes and raw pricing data) to inform global strategic pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies; analysing HTA decision-making and outcomes; facilitating advisory boards; conducting quantitative research.
Educational Background: An undergraduate degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification, ideally in life sciences, health economics, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding in EU5 P&MA systems and processes. Strong understanding of some other critical global markets (e.g. US, Japan, etc.). Understanding of clinical trial design principles. Proactively stays current with evolving P&MA policies.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
Client relationship (Consultant only): Experience in client management, acting as the primary client contact across projects, with involvement in business development.
Digital fluency: A willingness to embrace new technologies to support efficiency of work and enhance project deliverables, while ensuring AI and LLM tools are used sensibly and their outputs are validated.
Ideal:
Advanced Education: A postgraduate qualification in life sciences, health economics, or a related field.
Foreign language skills: Native proficiency in language regularly used in projects e.g. German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin & Korean.
Global geographic knowledge: Comprehensive understanding in P&MA systems and processes in critical, global markets – for example, North, Central and Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe and Nordics, Asia-Pacific and Africa and the Middle East.
Remote work experience: Experience working in teams in a remote or mixed working model.
