Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet shoppers warmly, offer styling advice, and guide them through choosing charms and chains and help pick out rings, necklaces, or bracelets.
- Custom Assembly: Assemble custom charm earrings ,bracelets and necklaces on the spot using basic tools .
- Store Operations: Operate the till, process payments accurately, and keep the display clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
- Product Knowledge: Explain why stainless steel is strong, waterproof, and hypoallergenic.
- Stock Work: Unpack new deliveries, check inventory counts, and restock shelves.
