An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced physiotherapist to join the dedicated team at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a physiotherapist with experience in treating patients with cancer and a desire to work with this patient group. You will be supported by senior colleagues and there are many educational opportunities available.
The Band 6 Physiotherapist is an active member of a team that provides a high quality; evidence based physiotherapy service for the patient with cancer. The post holder will rotate through a number of specialist units providing high quality physiotherapy care to both in and out patients across adults and TYA.

Provide a physiotherapeutic diagnosis, to develop and deliver individualised treatment programmes and make appropriate referrals to other disciplines.
The post holder has a responsibility to share best practice and answer or direct queries from health care professionals, patients and carers nationally
Be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of own work, including the management of patients
Manage clinical risk within own patient caseload
Be an active member of the emergency overnight and weekend on-call rota
Comply with the Trust Manual Handling Policy and local therapeutic handling guidance at all times
