Full-Time Baker – Bayon Bakery, Hove
We’re on the lookout for a skilled full-time experienced baker to join the team at Bayon Bakery – a neighbourhood spot dedicated to proper bread, great viennoiserie, and good vibes.
You’ll need to be confident baking a variety of sourdoughs, breads, and pastries, with a strong understanding of fermentation, lamination, and consistency. We’re a small but passionate team who take pride in what we do – everything’s made fresh in-house, and we care about doing things properly.
Must-haves:
- Solid experience with sourdough, bread, and viennoiserie
- Available to start shifts at 4am
- Live locally or have access to a car (we’re based in Hove)
- Reliable, tidy, and a team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, independent bakery
