Duties
- Assist with the supervision and care of children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Support the implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming nursery environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support management in planning and executing educational programs and routines
- Observe and record children’s progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by demonstrating leadership and proactive engagement
Skills
- Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues
- Demonstrated management and leadership abilities to guide younger or less experienced staff members
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Valid driving license is preferred for transportation or outreach activities
- Passion for childcare, patience, and a caring attitude are essential for success in this role
