Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a highly organised, experienced and commercially aware Shipping & Logestics Co-Ordinator to join our team in Ellon, Aberdeenshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expereince in logestics, freight, shipping and supply chain operations who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and coordinating dometsic and international shipments efficiently and cost-effectively.
Duties:
- Coordinating UK and International deliveries and collections
- Mananging shipping and customs documentation
- Liasing with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers
- Tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
- Supporting import / export compliance activities
- Monitoring logestics spend and supporting operational efficiency improvements
What we are looking for:
- Experience in logestics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination
- Knowledge of import / export and shipping documentation
- Strong organisational communication skills
- Commercail awareness and cost-control mindset
- Ability to manage multpile priorities effectively
- ERP / SAP system experience beneficail

Qualifications:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in:
- Logestics
- Supply Chain Management
- Business Administration
Certifications From:
- CILT
- BIFA
- Customs / Import-exporting trianing
Experience:
- Good working Knowledge of Incoterms and HMRC customs
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify cost-saving and efficiency improvements
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP / Logestics systems

Pay: £32,500.00-£38,500.00 per year
