We are looking to recruit a Chef de partie to join our team.
London's only Michelin starred pub owned by Brett Graham. Head Chef Josh Cutress has worked alongside Brett for the past 5 years across both The Harwood Arms and 3 Michelin starred The Ledbury, previous to that Josh spent time working under Phil Howard at The Square.
We have a very large emphasis on cooking great meat in our restaurant and also pride ourselves on the fact that we rear our own, venison and iberico pork all through Brett Graham. Most of our venison arrives as whole carcasses which gives everyone in our kitchen the opportunity to learn how to butcher and cook every part of the animal.
