Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for a mobile role with a localised patch, no call out rota and a great overall package?
We're recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join a leading facilities management company, covering commercial sites across North London and inside the M25.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties, including -
- PPMs and reactive electrical maintenance
- Electrical fault finding and repairs
- Emergency lighting testing
- Electrical compliance inspections
- General building maintenance
- Completing job sheets and maintenance records

What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Electrician
- Experience within commercial building maintenance / facilities management
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
