Front of House Team Leader Join Our Team! We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. As a Front of House Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the management team, leading shifts, motivating staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our venue.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the front of house a team during service.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Train, coach, and develop team members.
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service are maintained.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures.
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
* Support stock control and ordering processes where required.
* Work closely with management to achieve business goals and targets. What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a front of house supervisory or team leader role.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* A passion for customer service and hospitality.
* Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
