The ideal candidate will have experience working within a sales-led environment. You could be the perfect person for this position if you have our ideal Sales Superstar characteristics and skills:
- You’re personable, confident and love developing client relationships (if you’re phone shy, this is where we’ll need to part ways)
- You’re willing to learn, adapt to new processes, and collaborate with colleagues (if you’re long enough in the tooth that you’re done with professional development, regrettably we’re not for you)
- You’re proactive, can work independently and use your initiative
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You have experience working with a CRM System

Moreover, in addition to a first year base of £30,000 (min OTE £42,000) + Uncapped Commission, you will receive:
