Event merchandising is looking for enthusiastic, creative and service-focused Aardman Ambassadors to join our brand-new experience from September for 7 months.
This is an opportunity to become part of the Aardman story and create magical moments for every guest who walks through our doors.
About the Role
As an Ambassador, you will be the face of the destination, delivering exceptional customer experiences every day. You'll welcome visitors from around the world, share your passion for Aardman's iconic characters, and immerse customers in the world of Aardman.
Whether you're chatting with families, helping a collector find the latest exclusive, or making a child's first visit extra special, you'll ensure every interaction is warm, genuine and memorable.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver an outstanding and memorable customer experience for every visitor.
- Welcome customers with warmth, enthusiasm and confidence.
- Build genuine conversations and create magical moments.
- Share knowledge of Aardman's characters, products and latest collections.
- Promote the joys of creativity and different ways people can discover their talents.
- Recommend products that suit each customer's needs.
- Work as part of a passionate and supportive team.
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Loves delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Enjoys speaking with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Can confidently build rapport with families, children and collectors.
- Has previous retail, hospitality or visitor attraction experience (preferred but not essential).
- Can demonstrate a creative talent whether model making, knitting, crafting, drawing etc….
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards.
- Is proactive and isn’t shy to be playful and fun.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Brings energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude every day.
