Door Supervisors – Fleet Nightclub
£13.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Regular Weekend Shifts
Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors for an established late-night venue in Fleet.
We are looking to strengthen the existing team with reliable, professional individuals who are confident working in a busy nightlife environment and can represent both the venue and Bridgegate Security to a high standard.
Whether you already have experience within the industry or are newly qualified and looking to build experience, we would like to hear from you.
What You’ll Get
- £13.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Regular Friday and Saturday night shifts
- Additional shifts available during busy trading periods and events

What We’re Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident interacting with customers, venue management, and colleagues
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Able to remain calm and professional in a busy late-night environment
Previous experience within pubs, bars, or nightclubs is preferred but not essential.
