We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 Swimming Teacher to join our vibrant aquatic education team. Responsibilities
- Deliver structured swimming lessons tailored to individual student needs, ensuring progression through skill levels.
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and safety procedures clearly and effectively.
- Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to motivate improvement.
- Maintain a safe environment by enforcing pool rules and supervising all activities during lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans in advance, incorporating fun and engaging activities that promote learning and confidence.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for development.
- Assist with pool safety checks, equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably within aquatic or similar environments.
- only a maximum or 4 students per session
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging learners of all ages with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for teaching, motivating others, and promoting water safety awareness.
- Relevant certifications in sports coaching or swimming instruction are highly desirable.
