We are currently recruiting Kitchen Staff for our vibrant Going Greek restaurant in East Finchley. The chosen applicants will be fun and friendly yet level-headed and able to give precedence to tasks and follow orders. Working under the instruction of the Head Chef, the Kitchen Staff are vital to ensuring the restaurant keeps it's excellent reputation in East Finchley. Key Responsibilities;
- Chopping vegetables, making sauces, following recipes.
- Clean kitchen equipment and load/unload dishwasher
- Support with daily set up and close down of the restaurant and kitchen.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, kitchen and shared areas
- Full training will be given.
- Full-time 35-40 hours per week and Part-time 15-20 hours per week roles available.
Requirements
- Able to remain calm during periods of high volume
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Food Hygiene
- Strong team work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Available to work shifts between the hours of 10:00am and 01:00am
