Beauty Consultant (Luxury Beauty)
Location: Central London
Pay: Starting from £13.85 per hour, plus 12% holiday pay (rates up to £14.84 per hour, depending on assignment)
Contract: Zero-hour, agency, temporary, ongoing
Hours: Full-time, part-time, weekend only opportunities available (minimum days per week)

Responsibilities
As a Beauty Consultant, you will represent one of the world's most iconic luxury beauty houses, renowned for its heritage, elegance and innovation across fragrance, makeup and skincare. As a true brand ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional client experience, offering personalised beauty consultations, sharing expert product knowledge and creating meaningful connections with customers in some of London's most prestigious department stores and luxury retail locations.
You will:
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth, confidence and professionalism
- Build genuine relationships and identify customers' beauty needs
- Provide personalised recommendations across makeup, fragrance and skincare
- Demonstrate products and share your beauty knowledge with confidence
- Drive sales while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Maintain outstanding presentation of the counter and products
- Work collaboratively with store teams and management to achieve sales and service targets
- Consistently represent the values and image of a luxury beauty brand
Skills & Experience
We're looking for candidates who are passionate about beauty and customer service.
You will ideally have:
- Previous beauty retail, cosmetics, fragrance or skincare experience or a genuine enthusiasm for the beauty industry with a willingness to learn
- At least 12 months' customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- A friendly, confident and professional approach
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong personal presentation and grooming standards
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
- A Basic DBS check will be required before commencing any assignments
