Mayfair Legal is an immigration law firm based in London, specialising in UK Immigration. We are seeking a proactive and Business Project Manager to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the Director to identify the Firm's business objectives and project requirements.
- Gains understanding of project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and produces comprehensive plans to ensure efficient project execution.
- Oversees case and project delivery through effective task delegation and coordination with the team, clients, and relevant parties.
- Tracks project progress, manages risks, and ensures milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Keeps Director informed through regular updates and recommendations to guide decision-making and project success.
What we are looking for:
- Qualification in Business Management is preferable.
- Experience in planning, coordinating and delivering projects, ensuring that objectives are achieved within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Takes a proactive and meticulous approach while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to handle confidential data.
