ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are a family-run business based in Martock, seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our domiciliary care company.
In this role, you will support clients in maintaining their independent within their own homes.
As a Bank Health Care Assistant your responsibilities will be varied and rewarding, ranging from providing companionship and accompanying clients on trips out, to assisting with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, shopping and housekeeping.

ABOUT YOU:
To join us as a Bank Health Care Assistant you will show patience and understanding, be compassionate, have a positive can-do attitude and a drive to deliver the highest standards of care. Experience is preferred but not necessary as full training will be given. You will need to prove your right to work in the UK, have a full driving licence and access to your own car.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in healthcare or a related field is advantageous
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
