Working alongside a supportive team, you'll manage visitor interactions, resolve customer queries on-site, and ensure every setup is presented professionally and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers warmly, introducing available services, and providing clear, helpful information
- Assisting visitors with operational inquiries, account registrations, and service updates
- Representing the company and partner brands with confidence, professionalism, and clarity
- Supporting daily floor preparation, workstation presentation, and maintaining clean, organised spaces
- Assisting with customer tracking, daily logs, and administrative follow-ups using internal systems
- Working collaboratively with shift leads and team members to achieve smooth daily operations
- Working towards individual and team performance targets, service KPIs, and operational goals
- Continuously developing your customer service skills, communication confidence, and teamwork abilities
