Job Role
Responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, following up on leads, and driving sales growth. Building strong customer relationships, providing quotes and product information, upselling opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to company processes and standards
Core Responsibilities
- Processing orders, actively checking lead times and progress of orders, ensuring your admin workload is managed.
- Strong sales, negotiation and investigative skills with the ability to deal with objection handling with strong skills in closing sales deals.
- Learning utilising CRM ( HubSpot) and lead follow up systems and process.
- Proactive and reactive Sales call handling, to grow business.
- Client relationship Management- Dealing directly with Customers in all areas, liaising with other departments to ensure a great standard of customer service.
- Picking up enquiries and warm leads from customers and prospects looking for information and quotes for products and upselling to maximise deals.
- Representing the company in a positive light, always providing the best customer experience possible.
- Delivering sales against set KPI’s, including a set monthly sales target, that will increase with experience and time in the role.
- Ensuring strict adherence to codes of practice and business processes.
Experience/Knowledge Bank Essential
- Proficient use of CRMs and how to use them to improve lead follow up and sales processing (HubSpot, Sales Force or similar).
- Experience of working in a customer facing role ideally in a sales capacity.
- Number literate.
- Candidates must also be familiar with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Word/Excel. An interest in technology would also be an advantage.
- Background of achieving targets.
- A strong communicator and negotiator.

Hours are 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday
Salary- £27,000 plus uncapped sales commission (OTE £32,000)
This role is an office based role with the option to WFH 1 day per week after probation.
