This is an exciting opportunity to shape the acquisition, engagement and retention strategy for a portfolio of digital learning platforms, including Kerboodle, Oxford Owl, MyiMaths and Oxford Reading Buddy. The role is responsible for developing and delivering data-driven marketing strategies that increase awareness, customer acquisition, platform usage and long-term retention, while working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, product and technology teams.
A typical day might include analysing platform usage data, planning customer onboarding journeys, collaborating on a product campaign, briefing colleagues on customer insights, or meeting with platform stakeholders. No two days are ever the same.
The Marketing Manager, Digital Platforms will lead acquisition and retention activity across key digital products, ensuring customers have an engaging experience throughout their journey. The role combines strategic planning, campaign delivery, stakeholder management and data-driven decision making to support business growth and customer success.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You
The successful candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused marketer who enjoys using data and insight to drive marketing performance and improve customer experiences.
Essential:
Experience in a Marketing Executive, Campaign Manager or similar role.
Experience delivering successful acquisition and retention campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working across multiple functions and teams.
Ability to prioritise a varied workload and manage multiple projects.
Desirable:
Experience marketing digital platforms, products or subscription services.
Brand management experience.
A professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM).
