Job Opportunity: Experienced Joiner
Location: Ayrshire
Bell is seeking a qualified, time-served Joiner to join our Asset Management Central Scotland Branch for projects in and around Ayrshire with earning potential of £900+.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake a variety of reactive maintenance and void repairs.
- Ensure high-quality work that meets company standards and complies with safety regulations.
- Assess materials required for jobs and place orders.
- Work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and offer professional assessments.
- Identify and address Health & Safety actions.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- NVQ2 in Building Maintenance or equivalent trade experience.
- Minimum 3 years of trade experience in reactive maintenance and voids.
- Full UK driving license
Personal attributes:
- Excellent customer service and high-quality work standards.
- Strong communicator
- Good time management
- Able to work alone and as part of a team
- Ability to manage and maintain a van stock
- Able to work with PDA/IT System
