Landmarks is an independent specialist day college for young people with learning disabilities and difficulties. The college offers a wide range of programmes that are tailored to each individual’s needs.
Landmarks operates from several sites across; Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire, with our main site located in Eckington, S21 4EF.
Landmarks has several satellite provisions in Rotherham, Nottingham city Centre and a “real-life” hospitality and catering facility in Rainworth, Mansfield. These environments enable us to provide a range of personal and vocational training opportunities including:

Our staff are required to work on a range of different sites, including; college campuses, employer’s premises or communities local to your learners home - therefore willingness to travel is essential. There may be a requirement to transport learners in your own car, insurance implications are reimbursed. Mileage and expenses are provided for travel during the working day.
Main responsibilities
Data and reporting support
· Maintain learner data on Databridge and other relevant college systems.
· Run and collate routine attendance, engagement, progress, retention and achievement reports.
· Complete agreed data checks and follow up missing or inconsistent information with tutors, curriculum managers and campus teams.
· Maintain Functional Skills and qualification trackers.
· Support the Quality and Learner Data Lead with the preparation of routine reports, dashboards and management information.
· Ensure source data is stored and labelled clearly so that figures in reports can be checked.
Quality assurance administration
· Support the administration of learning walks, lesson visits, learner voice activity, quality reviews and moderation activity.
· Maintain quality assurance trackers, action logs, evidence folders and completion records.
· Collate papers for quality meetings, departmental meetings, SLT reporting and committee packs.
· Minute meetings and maintain action trackers where required.
· Support the organisation of quality calendar activity by sending reminders, collating returns and filing evidence.
Accredited learning and IQA support
· Support qualification registrations, exam bookings, claims and certification processes under the direction of the Quality and Learner Data Lead and Lead IQA.
· Maintain EQA folders, IQA records, standardisation records and awarding body evidence folders.
· Ensure qualification documents, trackers and assessment records are stored consistently.
· Liaise with tutors, assessors and managers to follow up missing assessment or qualification information.
· Support preparation for EQA visits, remote sampling and awarding body activity.
Administration, communication and systems
· Maintain organised SharePoint folders for quality, learner data and accredited learning evidence.
· Provide professional communication with internal colleagues and external contacts.
· Support continuous improvement of administrative routines, templates and filing systems.
· Provide reception or general administrative cover by agreement where this does not compromise core quality and learner data duties.
· Ensure all information is handled in line with confidentiality, safeguarding and data protection requirements.
Expected outcomes in the role
· Learner data, trackers and reports are accurate and produced within agreed deadlines.
· Quality assurance evidence is organised, complete and easy to locate.
· Qualification administration is timely and well recorded.
· Managers receive reliable source information for reports and improvement work.
· The team is less reliant on informal knowledge or single person workarounds.
