Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and high standards of quality.
- Support the training and development of team members in food preparation, serving, and hospitality best practices.
- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage food production, including cooking and culinary tasks, maintaining consistency and presentation.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Manage team schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to foster a motivated and efficient work environment.
- Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels of food supplies, barista ingredients, and kitchen essentials.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques.
- Experience in restaurant operations with knowledge of food safety standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices including serving, barista work, and hotel experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
