We’re looking for a reliable and confident person to join our team for holiday cover!
The role will involve helping with the day-to-day running of our daycare, including pick up and drop off dogs in our fully crated, temperature controlled vehicles, supervising groups of dogs, play and enrichment activities, keeping areas clean and tidy, and generally making sure our dogs are safe, happy and having the best day possible.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable around groups of dogs
- Is confident driving a van in London with 0 points on their full licence
- Reliable, sensible and happy working outdoors in all weathers
- Physically fit and hands-on
- Genuinely passionate about canine welfare
- Ideally experienced working with dogs in a professional setting
- DBS check would be beneficial
This would suit someone already working within the dog industry who is looking for some additional/ad-hoc work.
We are a small doggy daycare, you would be at the centre with one other member of staff (owner).
Dates in need of covering-
Ability to cover the below September and October dates are a must. As well as ability to shadow for a week prior anytime between now and the dates shown.
14th-17th September
Tuesday 27th October- 3rd October (which would cover Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Monday, Tuesday)
2 weeks in Feb (not yet confirmed)
Hours-
Typically collections start at 07.15 and last drop off is 15.15.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
