Our client requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful, construction business, and experienced team, for a period of 3-6 months initially, temporary, with the opportunity of a permanent role if desired thereafter, for someone suitable.
Experience required:-
- MoD/MoJ experience and security clearance - highly desirable
- Experience of accommodation / apartment projects – required
- Experience of working as a sub-contractor to a tier 1 Main Contractor – highly desirable
- Experience of managing an Assistant QS – required
The role will be based in South Leeds, with weekly factory and/or site visits required, so a full driving licence is essential. Initially the project / site will be in the West Midlands area and is due to complete in October 2028.
