What you will have an opportunity to do:
The Front Office Manager (FOM) meticulously oversees all sections of the Front Office Operations in order to ensure the highest hotel standards. The FOM has a strong command of leadership, solid guest approach and efficiently handles staff matters.
Primary responsibilities for the Front Office Manager role include but not limited to the following:

Ensure all Front Office Associates deliver professional, courteous, and personalized guest service while maintaining Resort’s brand standards.

Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in/out, room assignments, guest requests etc.

Manage payroll, overtime tracking, labor cost reporting, budget updates etc.

Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary procedures.

Maintain a strong managerial presence to direct, motivate, and develop subordinates whilst ensuring duties are completed timely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Remain on-call 24/7 to respond to emergencies, system issues, or operational needs.

Foster a positive, professional, and adaptable attitude in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and dynamic environment; lead by example in handling change and maintaining composure.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest needs, operational challenges, and cross-functional projects.

Monitor and uphold hotel policies, safety protocols, appearance standards, and guest satisfaction metrics.

Actively participate in hotel management meetings, revenue strategy sessions, and operational reviews.

Other duties may be assigned as business need demands.
What are we looking for?

Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience as Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel.

Combined total of at least eight (8) years of professional experience in hotel operations, with strong emphasis on front office required.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Hospitality required.

In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Opera and other hotel systems will be a mandatory requirement.

Strong managerial background with experience leading, training, evaluating, and disciplining teams.

Demonstrate strong accounting and night audit knowledge to verify revenue integrity, reconcile accounts, and produce reliable nightly reports.

High flexibility and adaptability to change in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively under high pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude and demeanor.

General working knowledge of business center operations.

Must be able to work flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays.
