Registered Manager looking for a strong, established opportunity?
We’re recruiting for a 4-bed registered Children’s Home in Gillingham, currently operating as a 3-bed EBD/LD service.
And importantly — the home is already rated GOOD by Ofsted.
The opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced children’s residential professional with strong leadership, safeguarding and regulatory knowledge who can take ownership of the home and continue driving standards forward.
Level 5 qualified or working towards preferred.
