UK Stores & Inventory Manager
Location: Southampton (with regular travel to our UK properties)

We are looking for an experienced, organised and commercially minded UK Stores & Inventory Manager to take ownership of inventory, stock control and stores management across our portfolio of UK hotels.
This is a hands on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of stock, supplies, equipment and assets while developing robust inventory controls that support operational excellence and financial performance.
Working closely with our UK Cluster General Manager and UK Finance Officer, you'll play a key role in reducing waste, improving stock accuracy and ensuring our hotels have the resources they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operation of the central stores at all sites.
- Oversee stock, inventory and storage across all UK hotel properties.
- Coordinate stock ordering, replenishment and distribution between hotels.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurately received, checked and recorded.
- Carry out regular stocktakes and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels, usage and purchasing trends to identify savings opportunities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support fixed asset management.
- Develop and implement consistent inventory control procedures across the business.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene and company procedures.
- Produce regular inventory and stock performance reports for senior management.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues responsible for stock management across the portfolio.
About You
- Previous experience in stores, inventory or stock management.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Confidence to challenge purchasing decisions and investigate discrepancies.
- Good commercial awareness and financial understanding.
- Experience using stock management or purchasing systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with teams across multiple locations.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between our UK properties.
