Position: Toddler Room Lead (Level 3 minimum & 2 years experience in leadership role)
Hours: Full time (42.5 hours)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: up to £33,150
Meli Poppins Childcare – Meli Poppins is seeking a passionate and experienced Toddler Room Lead to join our growing team.
Room Leader Duties:
- Lead and manage day-to-day running of the toddler room
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Support, mentor and supervise staff
- Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
- Build strong partnerships with parents.
Requirements
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Experience of working with Toddlers (18 - 34 months)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
