Who we are
Youth Revisited is a premium at-home blood testing service, operating across the UK and Republic of Ireland since 2017. Samples are analysed by our UKAS-accredited partner laboratory, Bloods UK. We're expanding our nationwide phlebotomist network and want qualified, professional phlebs in every region.
The opportunity — two ways to earn
1. Paid appointments in your area
A booking comes in near you, we send you the job. Turn up, take the sample, drop it at the Post Office — and you're paid the same evening.
2. Affiliate commission
You get your own referral code. Anyone who books using it — friends, family, gym members, social followers — earns you 10% commission on top of the appointment fee.
Build your own income stream. Every person who books using your referral code earns you 10% commission on top. Friends, family, gym clients, social followers — anyone. Unlimited potential.

What you'll do
Turn up to booked appointments, take a venous blood sample professionally and calmly
Use the kit we provide (tubes, labels, postage — all included)
Post the sample via Post Office with the prepaid envelope
Share your unique referral code with people in your network who might want testing
Represent the brand well — punctual, presentable, trustworthy
That's it. You're not a nurse, not a counsellor, not a results interpreter. Sample collection. That's your lane.
What you won't do
Diagnose, interpret, or explain results (our team handles that)
Discuss treatments, medications, or medical conditions
Give clinical advice of any kind
Manage customer complaints or escalations (we do)
Who we're looking for
Essential:
Certified/competent in venepuncture with proven experience
Valid professional indemnity insurance
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willing to obtain)
Reliable transport and comfortable working independently
Reliable, personable, professional
Nice to have:
Experience with difficult draws and butterfly technique
Confident with diverse client ages and body types
Calm presence (nervous clients are normal — you're the professional)
Ability to build relationships in your local area
Social media presence (makes referrals easier)
