The Role:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain engaged in learning

- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a similar role is essential
- Confidence managing behaviour and leading groups
- A calm, resilient, and patient approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in SEN/SEMH education
- Flexibility to work across different settings
