Our ethos is to provide the highest level of service at all times and while industry experience will be helpful it is more important that we find the person best suited to joining our team. Full training will be provided.
Full time, Monday to Friday (early starts) with weekend overtime available.
This vacancy is to be based from our head office in Cheltenham so you must be able and willing to commute to our head office in order to meet your crew supervisor before starting your working day.
You will need to be highly self-motivated for this role. A positive, can-do approach is also essential in order to deliver the highest possible standards.
A full clean driver’s license is required as sharing driving may be required and you will need to commute to the head office.
You will need excellent communication skills as there is a lot of interaction with the office, colleagues and customer.
Hilo Cleaning Ltd is a Real Living Wage Employer, therefore the starting salary, depending on experience, is from £28,000pa/ pro rata.
