Our production team is at the heart of what we do. We all work together under one roof as part of the wider BodyMe team, all playing an important part in what we’re building.
About the Role
This is a varied, practical role where you’ll work as part of our small production team and get involved across the entire process - from checking in ingredients, through every stage of making our bars and powders, to preparing finished orders to go out to our customers.
You’ll help to make sure every product meets the high standards we’re proud of, while keeping production clean, efficient and running smoothly.
If you’re keen to learn and take on more, you’ll have the opportunity to learn different parts of the operation, take on more responsibility and progress with the business.

- Packing and labelling finished products
- Picking and packing orders ready for dispatch
- Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
- Completing production, batch and quality records
- Cleaning equipment, tools and work areas to a high hygiene standard
- Working with the team to keep production safe, organised and running to plan
Skills & Experience
You don’t need previous food production experience, we’ll give you full training.
What matters most to us is your attitude and how you approach your work. We’re looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and consistent
- Takes pride in doing a job properly
- Is practical, hands-on and hard-working
- Has good attention to detail and works accurately
- Works well as part of a team
- Can follow recipes, instructions and food safety procedures carefully
- Is physically capable and able to lift up to 25kg when needed
- Is positive, proactive and keen to learn
Previous experience in food production, catering, warehouse, packing or another hands-on environment would be useful, but isn’t essential. A Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification would be an advantage, but training can be provided.
