The role
We are looking for an energetic, reliable and adaptable individual to join the team as a Team Member. This is a casual, multi-position role and the successful applicant will be trained to work across the shop, hire, uplift, café and visitor welcome. Shifts will be scheduled in all of these areas depending on business needs.
You will play an important part in delivering a great visitor experience throughout the site. Whether greeting riders on arrival, helping customers in the shop, handing out bikes in hire, supporting the uplift queue or serving customers in the café, you will be expected to provide friendly, professional and efficient service at all times.
Reliability, good communication and a willingness to learn are essential. You should be comfortable working with the public, able to adapt to different environments and happy to support other departments when needed.
Duties and responsibilities
- · Deliver exceptional customer service to visitors face to face and through other methods of communication.
- · Work flexibly across the shop, hire, uplift, café and visitor welcome departments as required.
- · Learn and follow department procedures, standards and health and safety requirements in each area.
- · Support a positive team culture and work closely with colleagues across the business.
- · Help maintain a clean, safe and presentable working environment in all areas.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
