Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Catering Manager to lead our catering operations with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute catering menus tailored to client needs and event specifications
- Supervise food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and safety
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including food production, inventory control, and cleanliness standards
- Lead and motivate a team of culinary staff, servers, bartenders, and support personnel to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering events to ensure smooth execution from start to finish
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and uphold best practices in food handling and sanitation
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions for their events
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and catering service management
- Demonstrated supervising experience with team leadership in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to catering and kitchen environments
- Strong background in culinary arts, including food production and presentation skills
- Experience working in hotel or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with bartending, serving, or barista experience is a plus for versatile event support
