We are seeking a skilled Residential Electrician to join our team, providing expert electrical services for domestic properties.
Must have own Tools, JIB Gold Card, Proof of qualifications, two references from previous employers within two years
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in a variety of residential settings. Duties
- Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and appliances in residential properties
- Conduct maintenance checks and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety standards
- Assist clients with electrical system upgrades or modifications as needed
- Manage the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and other security devices
- Perform IT-related tasks such as network wiring or troubleshooting when required
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organised during and after job completion
Skills
- Proven experience in residential electrical installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety regulations
- Experience with CCTV installation and basic IT networking is desirable
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage maintenance tasks efficiently and independently
- Valid driving licence to travel between sites as needed
- Customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction at all times
- Good organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: £37,440.00-£45,760.00 per year
