As a Trading Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily trading activities and ensuring that sales targets are met while providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyse market trends and customer preferences to inform trading decisions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and upper management regarding performance metrics and operational issues.
- Organise promotional activities and events to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all trading activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring smooth operations within the trading environment.
- A track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.
