Our Team are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, confident individual to join our small friendly team of Baristas working front of house, for immediate start.
Please note : This is a permanent position - NOT a summer job.
The job role will consist of:
- Greeting and serving the customers promptly and in a polite and welcoming manner.
- Preparing hot and cold drinks.
- Have a high Understanding of the importance of food intolerances and allergies (you will be required to sit an allergens test upon employment)
- Delivering food from the hot plate to customers tables along with cutlery and condiments.
- Taking orders and table numbers correctly on the till.
- Stock checks/ordering of stock.
- Open and close responsibilities/Key holder (when fully trained)
- Prompt clearing of tables to seat next customers.
- Customer satisfaction and handling complaints in an effective way.
- Maintaining a clean restaurant and reporting any needed repairs to management.
- Be able to prioritise your workload and work efficiently with your team members.
- Be a team player and help the buisness run as efficiently as is possible.
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Experience working in a customer facing role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be aged 18 or over due to alcohol sales.
- Barista experience (full training will be given)
- Money handling/Till POS experience.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Excellent time management.
- Clean and tidy appearance.
- Must be capable of working well within a team.
- Be friendly and approachable.
- Be able to take and retain instruction well.
- Be capable of multitasking and working in a high paced environment calmly.
- Be reliable and flexible with your working patterns.
This is a very busy, fast paced working environment which involves a lot of walking and being on your feet.

Weekend shifts are essential -
Working days/times will be -
Tuesdays 10am - 3pm
Saturday 10am - 4pm
and Sundays 10am - 3pm
We are a small team and therefore You will be required to work additional shifts/earlier start times to cover staff holiday/sickness and so you must be flexible To work days/times outside of those stated above Occasionally.
No split shifts - No Evenings.
We only close 4 days a year, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
We do not grant annual leave in December. (Our busiest period)
16 hours Weekly.
Monthly Pay
Two recent references will be required if you reach the interview stage.
Upon a successful interview you will be required to work a trail shift before offered employment.
Work remotely
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
