Dyletswyddau / Duties
- Paratoi a choginio amrywiaeth o brydau yn unol â manylebau’r fwydlen a safonau ansawdd
- Goruchwylio gweithrediadau dyddiol eich adran, gan sicrhau trefn ac effeithlonrwydd
- Cynnal cydymffurfiaeth lem â rheoliadau diogelwch bwyd a hylendid
- Cyfrannu at ddatblygu ryseitiau a chynigion newydd
- Monitro lefelau stoc a gosod archebion pan fo angen
- Cydweithio â’r tîm cegin i sicrhau gwasanaeth amserol a chyflwyniad eithriadol
- Sicrhau glendid a threfn gweithfannau
- Hyfforddi aelodau iau o’r tîm a rhannu arferion gorau
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards
- Oversee the daily operations of your designated section, ensuring efficiency and organisation
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as required
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and exceptional presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of workstations
- Train junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Previous restaurant experience and serving knowledge are highly desirable
