Job Summary:
Mac London Contractors Ltd is a growing company providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for residential properties. We are currently looking for a reliable and skilled Multi-skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team.
We operate mainly in South East and South West London, including areas such as Surrey Quays, New Cross, Streatham, and surrounding neighbourhoods.
Duties
- Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman work.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.
- Conduct inspections to identify leaks and address potential issues.
- Work closely with our admin team and property owners to schedule and complete jobs.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
- Keep clear records of completed work and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and maintaining a professional manner.
Skills
- Previous experience in property maintenance across different trades including plumbing, carpentry, basic electrics and painting.
- Good knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
- Ability to manage your own workload and work independently.
- Must be able to drive in London and have access to your own tools and vehicle.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with customers.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
