Job Title: Twilight Care Assistant

7pm to 11pm
3 shifts one week
4 shifts second week

We are looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care to individuals in need. The Care Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting residents, ensuring their well-being, and maintaining a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing care plans, communicating effectively with residents and colleagues, and contributing to the overall quality of care provided.
Duties:
- Communicate empathetically with residents, families, and team members
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
- Utilize IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
- Support daily activities within the home care setting
- Drive continuous improvement in care practices
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Familiarity with Home care practices and procedures
- Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and reporting
- Understanding of developing and implementing care plans
- Experience in providing care services
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of English language is required
- Certification in caregiving or related field is advantageous
- Ability to adapt to varying needs and situations with empathy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
