Candles & Oud is a fast-growing premium fragrance brand with stores across the UK and a growing online community. We create scents designed to feel personal, memorable and giftable, from signature oud fragrances to candles, body care and everyday luxury products.
We are building a brand that lives beyond the shelf, through retail experiences, events, social content and face-to-face storytelling.
That is where our Brand Ambassadors come in.
The Role
We are looking for confident, charismatic Brand Ambassadors to represent Candles & Oud across London stores, pop-ups, events and live retail activations.
You will be the face of the brand, introducing customers to our scents, helping them find the right fragrance, supporting campaign moments and driving sales through personality, product knowledge and brilliant customer experience.
This is a paid role with commission, flexible shifts and the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving premium fragrance business.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will:
- Represent Candles & Oud in-store, at pop-ups, events and retail activations
- Engage customers through confident, natural face-to-face conversations
- Introduce customers to our fragrance collections and help them discover their perfect scent
- Support campaign moments, gifting promotions and seasonal launches
- Drive sales through product knowledge, energy and excellent customer experience
- Take part in content opportunities for TikTok, Instagram, live shopping and social campaigns where relevant
- Bring personality, confidence and commercial energy to every shift
- Share customer feedback, sales insights and opportunities with the retail team
Who We’re Looking For
You do not need traditional retail experience. You do need confidence, energy and the ability to connect with people quickly.

- Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations

- Interested in fragrance, gifting, beauty, lifestyle or luxury retail
- Confident speaking on camera or open to being part of social content
- Self-motivated and financially driven
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Available for 3–4 shifts per week, including weekends
