- Monitor project progress, update programmes, identify risks and opportunities, and provide planning support throughout pre-construction and construction to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders while promoting collaborative working and innovative planning solutions.
- Champion continuous improvement, digital planning tools, and best practice, supporting the development of planning standards and mentoring junior planners where required.
About You
You will be an experienced construction planner with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and manage complex construction programmes within a main contractor or consultancy environment.
You will bring:
- Extensive planning experience across pre-construction and live construction projects, with a strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, logistics, and NEC contract requirements.
