Duties
- Assist the Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support staff by providing guidance, mentorship, and training to promote professional development.
- Oversee the implementation of organisational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all levels.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of educational programmes, incorporating teaching methodologies where appropriate.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
- Organise meetings and facilitate communication between teams to promote collaboration.
- Assist in budgeting processes and resource management to optimise operational costs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an educational or organisational setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in teaching or delivering training programmes is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
